Google hesabınızı bağlamak tamamen isteğe bağlıdır. Bağlamayı seçerseniz, Google'ın izin ekranında onayladığınız kapsamlarla sınırlı olarak aşağıdaki verilere erişiriz:

Google erişim ve yenileme anahtarlarınız (token) şifreli bağlantı üzerinden alınır ve yalnızca sizin hesabınıza bağlı olarak veritabanımızda saklanır. Bu anahtarlar hiçbir zaman üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz.
Verilerinizi reklam amacıyla kullanmıyor, satmıyor ve kiralamıyoruz. Google Workspace verilerinizi reklam gösterimi, profil oluşturma veya yapay zekâ modeli eğitimi için kullanmıyoruz.
Google API Sınırlı Kullanım Bildirimi. Lunify Nexo'in Google API'lerinden alınan bilgileri kullanımı ve başka uygulamalara aktarımı, Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na ve Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) gerekliliklerine uygundur. Google kullanıcı verileri yalnızca sizin görebildiğiniz ve kullandığınız özellikleri sağlamak için işlenir; reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz, insan tarafından okunmaz (güvenlik amaçlı, açık izninizle veya yasal zorunluluk halleri hariç) ve üçüncü taraflara devredilmez.
Yapay zekâ özelliklerini (mail özeti, yanıt önerisi, otomatik yanıt, AI asistan) kullandığınızda, ilgili içerik yalnızca bu işlevi yerine getirmek üzere kullandığımız AI model sağlayıcısının API'sine gönderilir. Bu içerik model eğitimi, reklam veya profilleme için kullanılmaz. AI özelliklerini kullanmadığınızda hiçbir mail içeriği AI sağlayıcısına gönderilmez.
Mail modülünün çalışabilmesi için (gelen kutusu listesi, yazışma zinciri, müşteri kaydıyla eşleştirme ve arama) senkronize edilen mesajların gönderen/alıcı, konu, gövde ve Gmail mesaj kimliği bilgileri veritabanımızda firmanızın kaydı olarak saklanır ve yalnızca firmanızın yetkili kullanıcılarına gösterilir. Takvim etkinlikleri ve Drive dosya listeleri kalıcı olarak kopyalanmaz, ekranda gösterilmek üzere anlık olarak çekilir; Google Kişileri yalnızca içe aktarma işlemini siz başlattığınızda kaydedilir.

Verilerinizi yalnızca aşağıdaki durumlarda ve gereken en az kapsamda paylaşırız:
Bunun dışında verileriniz hiçbir üçüncü tarafa satılmaz veya pazarlama amacıyla aktarılmaz.
Hesap ve CRM verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızın silinmesini talep ettiğinizde verileriniz makul bir süre içinde kalıcı olarak silinir. Google bağlantınızı kaldırdığınızda, saklanan Google token'larınız derhal geçersiz kılınır ve silinir.
Google erişimini iki şekilde iptal edebilirsiniz:
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya işlenmesinin kısıtlanmasını isteme, verilerinizin taşınabilirliğini talep etme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi info@lunify.world adresine iletebilirsiniz.
Uygulama, yalnızca oturumunuzun devamlılığı ve güvenliği için zorunlu çerezler kullanır. Reklam veya üçüncü taraf takip çerezi kullanılmaz.
Lunify Nexo kurumsal kullanıma yöneliktir ve 18 yaşın altındaki kişilere hizmet vermek amacıyla tasarlanmamıştır.
Bu politikada yapılacak değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanır ve "son güncelleme" tarihi güncellenir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yapılır.

Connecting a Google Account is entirely optional. If you choose to connect, we access the following data, strictly limited to the scopes you approve on Google's consent screen:

Your Google access and refresh tokens are obtained over an encrypted connection and stored in our database bound to your account only. These tokens are never shared with third parties.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell or rent it. We do not use your Google Workspace data for ad targeting, profiling, or training AI models.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure. Lunify Nexo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is processed solely to provide features that are visible and useful to you; it is not used for advertising, is not read by humans (except for security purposes, with your explicit consent, or where required by law), and is not transferred to third parties.
When you use the AI features (mail summary, reply suggestion, auto-reply, AI assistant), the relevant content is sent to the API of the AI model provider we use, solely to perform that function. That content is not used for model training, advertising or profiling. If you do not use the AI features, no mail content is sent to the AI provider.
To make the Mail module work (inbox list, thread view, matching to customer records and search), synced messages are stored in our database — sender/recipient, subject, body and Gmail message id — as records belonging to your company, and are shown only to authorized users of your company. Calendar events and Drive file listings are not copied into permanent storage; they are fetched on demand for display. Google Contacts are stored only when you start an import yourself.

We share your data only in the following cases, and only to the minimum extent necessary:
Beyond this, your data is never sold or transferred to any third party for marketing purposes.
Your account and CRM data are retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, your data is permanently deleted within a reasonable period. When you disconnect Google, your stored Google tokens are revoked and deleted immediately.
Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK you have the right to access your data, request correction, deletion or restriction of processing, request data portability, and object to processing. Send requests to info@lunify.world.
The application uses strictly necessary cookies only, for session continuity and security. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
Lunify Nexo is intended for business use and is not designed to serve individuals under 18.
Any changes to this policy will be published on this page and the "last updated" date will be revised. We will notify users in-app about material changes.
