Packing, Google Drive and deal management

Packing lists, photo-based package records and automatic Drive foldering of documents arrived; deals are now tracked with their own codes.

Packing

Packing lists were added for shipment preparation: line distribution per carton, mixed carton support, gross/net weight and dimensions. The result exports as a PDF you can send to the customer directly. Photos can be attached to package records, giving you evidence when a post-shipment dispute appears.

Google Drive integration

Documents, packing files and portal uploads are filed automatically into customer/supplier folders on Drive. The structure stays consistent no matter who uploads, and files never end up stranded on a personal drive when someone leaves.

Deal management

• Every deal gets a readable code; quotations, orders and mail threads are linked through it.
• Quotations without a reply generate automatic follow-up reminders.
• Customer and supplier portals display files in a folder structure.
