E-signature, stamps and document numbering
Documents are now signed inside the app, exported as stamped PDFs, and every document type gets its own automatic serial number. Stock-based purchase suggestions arrived in the same release.
E-signature flow
An end-to-end signing flow was added for quotations, contracts and approval documents. You open the document and send a signature request; the counterparty opens it from a link in the e-mail and signs. Once complete the document locks and is archived as a stamped, signed PDF. Who signed, when and from which IP is retained as evidence.
Company stamp and signature images are uploaded in company settings and reused across document outputs; on receipts the stamp is printed just above the signature line.
Document numbering
Separate series and counters can be defined for quotations, orders, proformas and invoices. Prefix, year segment and digit count are configurable, so you can migrate without breaking your existing numbering. Numbers are reserved at creation time, so two concurrent users never collide.
Stock-based purchase suggestions
The system weighs stock levels, open sales orders and minimum order quantities to suggest what to order and how much. Suggestions are listed on one screen and turn into purchase orders directly.
Goods receipt and approval steps
- Partial goods receipt is supported; remaining quantities stay open on the order.
- An approval step can be enforced for documents above a defined amount.
- The AI mail assistant can leave replies as drafts instead of sending them.
