Dashboard, mobile experience and smarter company enrichment
A sales pipeline summary landed on the dashboard, the interface became comfortable on phones, and AI enrichment now extracts contact, address and social data straight from a company's own website.
Pipeline summary on the dashboard
"How much is sitting in each stage?" was the most frequent question of the day, so we moved that answer to the top of the dashboard. The widget shows deal count and total value per stage, and clicking a stage jumps straight into that list. Dashboard widgets can be reordered by drag and drop or hidden, so everyone can shape the screen around their own routine.
An interface that works on a phone
The dashboard and AI assistant used to overflow on small screens: cut-off buttons, unreadable tables. Card heights, table scrolling and the assistant window were reworked for mobile, so entering a quick record on the road no longer means going back to a desktop.
AI Enrichment v2
The first version only read the company's own site. The flow is now: if a domain is known, the homepage plus contact/about pages are scanned; if not, a web search runs on the company name and only genuinely relevant results are kept. Social handles are extracted from the site's HTML, the LinkedIn company page contributes tagline and follower data, and the logo is pulled from the site with fallback sources.
Guessing is explicitly forbidden: every field returns a source and a confidence score, so you can see where a value came from before saving it. We also resolved the mismatch between legacy and new address columns, so enriched addresses now show up in the edit form as well.
Filters in the autonomous mail flow
Automatic replies were being attempted on mail that never expected an answer. Two filter layers now exclude robot mail (noreply, invoice and notification patterns) and promotional/newsletter mail — less wasted AI usage and no more replies going somewhere they should not.
Fixes
- Blank page issue in recipe and production printouts resolved.
- Dashboard widget order failing to save on long lists fixed.
