E-Export: your entire export flow in one module
Micro-export (ETGB) shipments, carrier tracking and AI product translation now live on a single screen. We also made the AI layer redundant and mailbox sync now runs automatically every 15 minutes.
An export team's day used to be split across three places: shipment data in a spreadsheet, tracking numbers in an inbox, and translated product copy on whoever's laptop happened to have it. This release brings all three together in one module called E-Export.
ETGB / micro-export tracking
The first tab holds shipment records: consignee, country, carrier, tracking number, line value and weight. Whatever currency you enter, the system converts it to EUR at the current rate and checks it against the micro-export limit. Since the December 2025 change the limits are EUR 30,000 and 600 kg per shipment; both are editable in settings, so a regulation change never requires a code change.
Shipments over the limit are flagged, and summary tiles show shipment count, total value and limit usage. The whole list exports to CSV in one click for your customs or financial advisor.
Carrier tracking
The second tab shows where shipments are. For DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, PTT, Aras, Sendeo and MNG the correct tracking URL is generated from the tracking number, so answering "where is my order?" takes one copy-paste. The screen is built so that live rates and label/AWB generation can be switched on as soon as carrier API keys are added.
AI product translation
The third tab translates catalogue copy into your target market's language — one product from the product detail panel, or in bulk from here. Importantly, manual translations are preserved: every record stores its source (manual or AI), so a text you corrected is never overwritten by a later automatic run. Multiple languages, Turkish included.
Under the hood: resilience
- AI provider failover: multiple provider keys are configured; if one fails the system switches automatically without the user noticing.
- Automatic mail sync: mailboxes sync themselves every 15 minutes, with a queue drain for autonomous mails that could not be processed.
- AI enrichment: web search, LinkedIn data, social profiles and automatic logo discovery on company records.
- Portal statements: attachments and receipts downloadable from ledger lines, with the company stamp printed on receipts.
